Refund policy

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Items must be unused and in original condition. To start a return, email support@thewhiskerandsill.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. If your item arrived damaged or wrong, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo — we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
